(Undated) -- Rumors are surfacing about possible plot lines for the sixth and final season of Fox's "Glee." A source is telling "E! News" that creator Ryan Murphy is considering moving one of the lead characters Kurt, played by Chris Colfer, all the way to Russia. "Glee" has changed its backdrop in past seasons, moving some characters from their fictional high school in Lima, Ohio to New York City. The show has also used the character of Kurt to tackle issues important to the LGBT community, leading fans to believe the possible move to Russia could have to do with the country's controversial anti-gay laws.
Insiders say however that a direction for the final season has yet to be decided. Murphy said previously that his plans for the show changed dramatically after the death of its star Cory Monteith earlier this year. "Glee" returns to Fox to continue season five next Thursday.
