Obama, Clinton, Congressional Leaders Pay Tribute To Foley

(Washington, DC) -- The life of former House Speaker Tom Foley is being celebrated. House Speaker John Boehner says Foley was a great leader.
Foley died last week at the age of 84. President Obama said Foley left behind a legacy of integrity, humility and an ability to reach "across the aisle" and get things done. Obama argued, "Now more than ever, America needs public servants who place public service ahead of politics." Former President Bill Clinton called Foley a wise, clear-eyed leader and "one tough guy."
