(Washington, DC) -- Senator Lindsey Graham is vowing to take the lead on anti-abortion legislation, in a move that could boost his approval rating among conservative voters. On "Fox News Sunday," Graham said he'll introduce a bill in the Senate this week that would ban abortions nationwide after 20 weeks of pregnancy. The only exception to the bill would be cases of rape, incest, or to protect the life of the mother. A similar bill survived a vote in the Republican-controlled House, but it's not expected to get far in the Democratically-controlled Senate.
