(Phoenix, AZ) -- There's another delay in the sentencing phase for the Arizona woman convicted of brutally killing her ex-boyfriend in 2008. A conference with both sides failed to reach an agreement yesterday after jurors in the Jodi Arias case didn't come to a verdict on whether to hand her the death penalty in May. The case will now proceed to the retrial of the penalty phase. A date must still be set and a judge must first rule on various motions, including one filed yesterday by Arias to fire her attorney.
