(Washington, DC) -- One key official claims the government's troubled healthcare website will be fixed by the end of November. NBC News attributes the prediction to Jeffrey Zients , the administration's new point man on getting the HealthCare.gov websight running properly. The healthcare exchange site has been riddled with technical glitches since its launch October 1st. The exchanges represent one part of the sweeping and controversial healthcare reform law.
