(Seguin, TX) -- The Seguin school district faces a lawsuit from an education watchdog group trying to stop its 83-million dollar bond election. The bond referendum passed this month, and funds a new high school. The plaintiff from Citizens For Lawful Public Education says the election was unconstitutional because voters should've been informed of a still-unresolved lawsuit involving the district. Seguin ISD is one of hundreds of plaintiffs in a lawsuit against the state claiming school funding is inadequate.
