(San Antonio, TX) -- A La Vernia restaurant owner faces up to 30 years in prison and up to a million dollars in fines for allegedly duping her employees out of their paychecks. Yolanda Hernandez de Arteaga is accused of deceiving as many as 60 undocumented immigrants with promises of official immigration paperwork, and taking over 89-thousand dollars from immigrants through wire transactions.
