(U.S. Air Force Academy, CO) -- The superintendent of the U.S. Air Force Academy is calling for a review of the school's athletic department. It comes after a report by the "Colorado Springs Gazette" that outlined numerous honor code violations by cadet athletes in recent years. That includes sexual assaults, cheating, drug use and other misconduct. Academy Superintendent Lieutenant General Michelle D. Johnson says steps have been taken to get rid of the problems, but she expects the Academy will still have issues with a few young people "who will make poor choices." Johnson also says programs have been implemented to ensure all cadet-athletes are living up to the Air Force's core values.
