(New York, NY) -- Amtrak is investigating why an Acela train left Penn Station over the weekend without any passengers. Passengers were waiting on one platform, the train went to another. An Amtrak manager apologized, fed the stranded passengers chips and pizza and put them on a local train two hours later.
