(Moscow) -- Miss Venezuela is the new Miss Universe. Twenty-five year old Gabriela Isler was crowned Saturday night in Moscow, Russia. Isler, a TV personality in her native Venezuela, succeeds Miss Universe 2012, the United States' own Olivia Culpo who modeled a one-million-dollar custom-designed swimsuit earlier in the competition. Contestants representing 86 countries participated in the pageant. The celebrity panel of judges included Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler, figure skater Tara Lipinski, Chef Nobu, and model Carol Alt. Spice Girl and "America's Got Talent" judge Melanie Brown co-hosted the NBC-broadcast pageant with "MSNBC Live's" Thomas Roberts.
