(San Antonio, TX) -- A lawsuit is settled between the Boy Scouts of America and a Converse scout who says his adult leader abused him. The deal ends the likelihood of the Texas Supreme Court ordering BSA to hand over more files on sex abuse complaints they've withheld from authorities. Attorneys for both sides of the complaint have not discussed details of the settlement. The former scout leader convicted in the complaints is serving a 60-year prison term.
