(Washington, DC) -- An Obama administration official will tell Congress that HealthCare.gov will not be completely fixed by the President's announced deadline. Medicare deputy chief information officer Henry Chao will tell a House subcommittee hearing today that the site will be greatly improved, but not totally fixed. White House spokesman Jay Carney said Monday the problem-plagued Healthcare.gov website will not be perfect by November 30th, and added people can also call in to sign up for health insurance.
