Clowney Seen As First Pick By Texans

(New York, NY) -- Many NFL draft observers think they know whose name NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell will announce as the Houston Texans make their first pick tonight.
Sports reporter Pete Mundo is at Radio City Music Hall in New York covering the draft. He feels the Texans will take the South Carolina star or trade the pick for additional draft choices. The Texans are reportedly looking for three first round selections and a second rounder for their number one overall choice. Mundo believes no team is going to offer that, but thinks Houston would accept something close. Mundo also believes Texas A&M quarterback Johnny Manziel will go to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who hold the seventh pick in this year's draft.
