Columbia Mall Shooting Witness Heard Gunshots, Took Cover

(Columbia, MD) -- One witness to a deadly mall shooting in Columbia, Maryland Saturday describes it as being like something out of a movie.

Maureen McClain says what began as a normal shopping trip to the mall quickly turned into something horrific. Police confirmed three people were killed in the shooting that took place at a skateboard store in the mall. Two store employees, both in their 20s are among the dead, along with the suspected gunman. The Columbia Mall is located about halfway between Baltimore and Washington, DC.
