(San Antonio, TX) -- Homeland Security Director Jeh Johnson is visiting Texas. The White House says Johnson, along with senior officials from FEMA, the Justice Department, Defense, and Health and Human Services are going to visit U.S. Customs and Border Protection facilities today. They're also going to visit Joint Base San Antonio. The visit comes just days after Texas announced it was going to do a surge to combat illegal immigration on the Mexican border.
