(Houston, TX) -- Executions are back on in Texas. The U.S. 5th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled late Wednesday that the state doesn't have to disclose where it buys the drugs used for executions. A federal judge had ruled hours earlier that the state was violating the rights of two death row inmates by not revealing the source of the drug. "The Houston Chronicle" reports lawyers for the two are expected to appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court. One of the inmates in question is scheduled to be put to death today.
