Foley's Parents Hoped To Negotiate With ISIS
(Undated) -- James Foley's parents say they were excited when they got an email from ISIS shortly before their son's death.
John Foley tells NBC's "Today" it was the first time they had heard from their son's capturers since December. He says the email gave him hope they would be able to negotiate for James' release. ISIS militants released a video James Foley being killed earlier this week.
