Former Air Force Training Instructor Admits She Threatened Recruits
(Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, TX) -- A former Air Force basic training instructor is admitting she threatened recruits. Staff Sergeant Annamarie D. Ellis admitted in her trial today that she did threaten to send home recruits in body bags. She claimed she was being dramatic and just trying to show her authority over recruit Flight 400. She was questioned after she had pleaded guilty to three charges, as well as 24 specifications of misconduct.
