Governor Cuomo To Meet With Israel's Prime Minister

(Albany, NY) -- New York Governor Andrew Cuomo is in Israel on what he calls a New York "Unity Trip." He and the delegation he's leading are scheduled to meet with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu today as well as President Reuven Rivlin. The group, which includes Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver and Senator Majority Co-Leaders Dean Skelos and Jeff Klein, will also visit the Western Wall, the Church of the Holy Sepulchre and meet with New York students in Jerusalem. This is Cuomo's fourth visit to Israel, but his first international trip since becoming governor in 2011.
