Logan Woman Claims She Was Bullied For Breastfeeding

(Logan, UT) -- A Logan woman says she was bullied when she was told to cover up while breastfeeding at a Logan school lunch program this week. Andrea Scannell says her and her family were at Mount Logan Middle School when a school official gave her a letter.
Utah law does not require mothers to cover themselves while breastfeeding in public, but Scannell says she's always covered. The Logan City School District Superintendent says the letter was written in an attempt to make the event more welcoming for everyone.
