(Newark, NJ) -- U.S. Senator Robert Menendez of New Jersey says he is concerned about the ability of Nigeria to carry out a rescue mission if hundreds of kidnapped girls are located. The head of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee says he is waiting for answers from the Department of Defense as to how the U.S. can help Nigeria. Menendez says the U.S. has sent Intelligence and FBI members to Nigeria to assist in searching an area about the size of West Virginia for the girls. They were kidnapped almost a month ago by the militant Islamic group Boko Haram.
