Nissan U.S. Auto Sales Jump 15-Percent
(Undated) -- Nissan profits are accelerating despite a frigid February that slowed sales in almost every other sector of the consumer market. The Japanese automaker saw its U.S. sales jump nearly 16-percent last month thanks to high demand for its Rogue compact SUV and Altima sedan. The company's Infinity luxury brand saw sales climb about six and-a-half percent.
