Prosecutors: College Student With Ricin Wanted To Hurt Someone

(Washington, DC) -- Prosecutors say a college student recently arrested for possessing ricin may have wanted to hurt someone with the poison. Georgetown University student Daniel Milzman was arrested last week after the biological toxin was discovered in his dorm room. Milzman is described in court papers as an emotional college student who struggled with depression. According to the documents, a friend told investigators he didn't think Milzman was suicidal, but that he was "definitely a threat to someone."
