Rep. Jordan Asks Why IRS Waited To Admit To Losing Lerner's Emails

(Undated) -- Ohio Representative Jim Jordan is asking why the IRS waited two months to admit to losing Lois Lerner's emails.
Representative Jordan hopes U.S. Attorney Ron Machen will convene a grand jury soon to try to get Lerner to testify on the missing emails. The Ohio Congressman called the investigation "a joke," and questioned if it's been fair. However, Jordan says there has recently been progress in the fairness of the investigation through the federal courts.
