(Los Angeles, CA) -- There's a new report on the crash that killed "Fast & Furious" actor Paul Walker and his friend Roger Rodas. The Los Angeles County Sheriff's investigation says the crash was caused by excessive speed and that the Porsche Rodas was driving, was traveling at 93 miles-per-hour. Investigators also determined that a pair of tires, said to be about nine years old, also contributed to the wreck. There was no evidence of mechanical failure. An earlier coroner's report said Walker and Rodas were killed almost instantly, suffering multiple traumatic and burn injuries when the car caught fire after hitting a sidewalk, tree and light post.
