Republicans: ACA Major Issue In Midterm Elections
(Washington, DC) -- A Republican National Committee member says the Affordable Care Act will be the major mid-term election issue.

Communications director Sean Spicer told CNN's "State of the Union" many people, Republican and Democrat, never wanted the ACA to begin with. Midterm elections for many U.S. Senate and House seats are coming up in November.
