Shelly Sterling's Lawsuit Against V. Stiviano Moving Forward

(Los Angeles, CA) -- The two women at the heart of the commotion around the Los Angeles Clippers continue to battle in court. A judge today refused to dismiss a lawsuit brought by Shelly Sterling that claims V. Stiviano lured her husband Donald into an affair and forced him to give her expensive gifts. Donald Sterling's troubles with the NBA began after tapes of the Clippers owner making racial statements to his alleged girlfriend Stiviano became public. Shelly Sterling says her estranged husband lavished Stiviano with real estate, cars and cash, and Shelly wants it all back.
Shelly Sterling's lawsuit describes Stiviano as a woman who targets and seduces older men to get expensive gifts. Stiviano has denied having a sexual relationship with Donald Sterling.
