Sleeping Yankees Fan Still Deciding Future Of Lawsuit

(Undated) -- The New York Yankees fan who fell asleep at a game in April is still deciding whether to go through with the ten-million dollar lawsuit he has filed. Yankees fan Andrew Rector tells NBC's "Today" he will make his decision soon.
Rector fell asleep during a Yankees game in April, and soon became the main attraction on the ESPN broadcast and on the video screen inside Yankee Stadium. He says the team and broadcasters crossed the line by making him the focus instead of the game. Rector's lawsuit is against Major League Baseball, the New York Yankees, ESPN and their announcers.
