(Ann Arbor, MI) -- Women who undergo chemotherapy for breast cancer are more likely to be unemployed following their treatment. A study finds that 30 percent of breast cancer patients become unemployed within four years of their treatment. The research shows those who receive chemotherapy as part of their initial treatment are one-point-four times more likely to be unemployed following that treatment.
