U.S. Military Helicopter Crashes In Arabian Sea, All Rescued
(Undated) -- The Navy is wondering what caused a Marine helicopter to crash in the Arabian Sea leaving three sailors injured. The Navy says 17 Marines and eight sailors were on board the chopper when it crashed following training exercises in Djibouti . The 25 were rescued from the Gulf of Aden and transfered to the USS Mesa Verde. The helicopter was trying to land on the ship when the crash occurred. The Navy says the accident was not a result of hostile activity.
